Thank you to all the girls who entered the Thinking Skill’s writing competition recently, we enjoyed reading them.
Firstly a big well done to our KS1 winner: Georgie C. She wrote a story about a cave spider. She used paragraphs which supported the story’s flow and exciting vocabulary.
Secondly, well done to our KS2 winner: Sofia M. Her story led the characters on a space ship adventure. She used fantastic adjectives and adverbial phrases. She kept us in suspense throughout the whole story.
Thank you to Kelly Willoughby for giving us a great start to our stories and awarding the prizes. Hope the girls enjoy their signed ‘School for Stars’ books.
