Boarders Christmas Party

On 10th December the Boarders celebrated their Christmas party. Some wore their best party frocks, the Gaps dressed up as elves and certainly looked the part. There was a lovely spread of buffet food.

The DJ was already set up by the time the girls arrived and the games soon got going. With the overall theme of the event being a ‘traditional christmas’ they were of a more ‘vintage’ nature, being musical statues and musical chairs which became very competitive. Alongside the games, the Gaps had also organized a quiz for the Boarders, with one of the rounds involving having to guess facts about the staff.

The girls then gathered in the hall and the Secret Santa’s were handed out, there was a lovely variety of gifts and the girls were eager to find out who had chosen whose presents. The evening ended about 10.15pm and with the girls  returning to their respective houses, and for one night only the staff did not switch off their lights.
