Boarders visit Ditchling Village Fair

We thought it would be great to see what happens at a  typical village fair in the English countryside. On arrival it felt like we were on the set of “Miss.Marple”. All the community had gathered on the village green, children from the local school danced round the maypole and the local choir performed some well known tunes, we also saw some bell ringers. All around the village there were homemade scarecrows dotted about, it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves even though it was not a sunny day.
