Penguins first School trip

Hove Museum

On Friday 22nd January we went on our first school trip to Hove Museum as part of our topic ‘Toys’. We were very excited to go in the school minibuses for the first time and we sang all of the way. At Hove Museum we were told some magical stories about how the old toys were found. We were then allowed to play with all of the old toys. After that we went upstairs to the galleries where there was an incredible exhibition all about toys and games. It was lots of fun opening the drawers and climbing through tunnels! We especially liked the wizard who was asleep in a hammock. Then it was time to get back on the minibuses and return to school for lunch. We had an amazing morning and cannot wait for our next class trip!
