Show Jumping into Autumn

It has been a busy time for the Burgess Hill Girls Equestrian teams this month, with three outings to show jumping competitions. The first event was Jumping with Style Arena Eventing, held at Petley Wood, where Leah C and Suzannah C both jumped very well achieving clear rounds, but unfortunately were just outside being placed.

Gold for our Skiers

We entered nine girls into the BISS National Indoor Ski Racing Championships held at Hemel Hempstead on Monday 25th September.

There were over 170 racers in both the Junior and Senior Section from schools across the country. The girls completed two timed runs on the Slalom course.

Thinking Skills Competition winners

Years 5 and 6 voted in their own general election on Thursday 8th June 2017. They voted for the celebrity they felt would make the best Prime Minister. The candidates and results were: Harry Styles 0, Stephen Hawkings 5, JR Rowling 9, Emma Watson 30. A landslide!

Ford Materials Recycling Facility (MRF)
