Two teams last entered the Sussex Schools Cross Country Championships at Waterhall Brighton on Wednesday 16th January. It was an extremely tough course on a very cold day. All girls ran well in the junior team finishing in the top half of the result table. Charlotte Hogbin gained a very creditable 30th place out of 150 girls.
The Inter team consisting of Jess Farrant, Kirsty McCallum, Rosie Becket and Lauren Everett excelled themselves as a team gaining first place. Congratulations also goes to Jess who qualified to run for Sussex in the Inter County match in February.
