The Tomorrow’s Women conference is completely unique in that it has been designed and organised by Sixth Formers at Burgess Hill Girls.  Pupils have been involved in organising every aspect of the conference, from deciding the format, to selecting speakers and marketing the event.  They also provided this summary:

“Be equipped, be inspired, be Tomorrow’s Women.  In this year’s highly anticipated conference, we will be hearing from local women in our communities on how they rise above the challenges they might face and lead us all to a better future. The conference will feature women from all walks of life and fields of work, inspiring girls of the future to be the women they were always meant to be, without compromise.”
