What an incredible wellbeing week we have had at Burgess Hill Girls! From mindful movement, international street food and hip-hop workshops, to staff room treats, parent sleep seminars and a very special birthday, our whole school wellbeing week has been a true success. We came together as a community to support each other and embrace self-care and wellness.
Thank you so much to Little Kickers, The Tasty Crust, The Wellbeing Hub, Samaritans, BPM Dance, Karen Harvey Reflexology, White Crane Tai Chi, Remember Mindfulness, Whites Coffee Van and our school dog Jasper for contributing to the week.
We hope our students, staff and families recognise the importance of looking after their wellbeing, and continue to prioritise their mental and physical health every single day.
