On Friday 10th May we had our sports social with over 150 parents, students and staff coming together for some sport related fun and mayhem.
There was an inflatable assault course, tug of war, relay races and a parents versus staff volleyball competition. An ice cream van was also on hand to keep the energy levels high!
The volleyball was won by the parents in a closely fought battle. Special mention to parent Mr Mohandas who played an extremely competitive game in his suit. Also to Mr Moses in the staff team who managed to serve a ball at his own team mate!
The children were delighted to see their parents take part in the relay races which included egg and spoon races, space hoppers and an obstacle course. The tug of war was very popular with many teams taking part but no overall winner could be crowned as there was some slightly dubious tactics swaying the results but it was enjoyed by everyone and a great way to end the event.
