On Thursday 1st May Burgess Hill Girls is offering a unique learning opportunity for female students who love science and who are currently in Year 10 at a school in Sussex.*
The workshop will be led by Burgess Hill Girls Physics teacher Dr Burke. The session will run for 90 minutes from 4.30pm on the 1st May, finishing at 6.00pm.
This free workshop is designed for pupils who are not currently at Burgess Hill girls and will provide a unique opportunity for students to engage in hands-on activities exploring quantum mechanics and space science. The session will include practical experiments with discharge lamps, spectroscopes, and particle models, as well as interactive demonstrations to bring quantum effects to life.
