“ONE STORY CAN INSPIRE A WAVE”
We are thrilled to announce that this year’s Tomorrow’s Women Conference will take place on 9th March 2026. Now in its sixth year, this inspiring event is organised by our Lower Sixth students and brings together our Year 10 students for a day of empowerment, insight, and innovation. The conference also extends its reach beyond Burgess Hill Girls, welcoming Year 10 girls from local schools across Sussex to join the conversation.
At the heart of the conference is a dynamic programme of talks led by female trailblazers from a wide range of industries. These speakers—leaders, innovators, and changemakers—share their experiences, perspectives, and expertise, offering students a powerful and diverse window into the many paths women forge across the professional world. Their stories shape the entire day, creating an environment where ambition is sparked and possibilities feel within reach.
This year’s theme, “Give to Gain” celebrates the ripple effect created when generosity fuels women’s empowerment. Every act of giving—by individuals, organizations, or entire communities—expands opportunities for women and strengthens the systems around them. Giving isn’t a loss; it’s a catalyst. It multiplies impact with intention. And when women rise, the world rises with them.
From financial contributions to shared knowledge, from resources and infrastructure to visibility, advocacy, education, training, mentorship, and time—every form of support sends out waves that build a more connected, equitable, and empowered world for all.
