Equestrian Team Celebrate Success at Felbridge Competition
Some members of the BHGS equestrian team recently enjoyed representing the school at a competition held at Felbridge, achieving excellent results and gaining valuable experience.
The competition brought notable success, with several riders qualifying for the national championships at Hickstead, to be held in May and August.
In the Eventers’ Challenge classes, Millie M delivered an outstanding performance, winning the 70cm class and finishing 2nd in the 80cm. These impressive results mean Millie has qualified for the finals at Hickstead in May.
Hattie H also rode superbly in the showjumping classes, placing 4th in the 70cm and 6th in the 80cm. Her strong performances have secured her qualification for the Hickstead finals taking place in August.
Phoebe M also had a fun and positive day, gaining experience, learning new skills, and continuing to improve her riding throughout the competition.
Well done to all the riders involved for representing BHGS so positively, and congratulations on their achievements. We wish them the very best of luck at the national championships at Hickstead.
