On Tuesday 11th October, we were delighted to welcome a group of talented young musicians to the stage for our annual Scholar’s Concert at Burgess Hill Girls.
We currently have twenty music scholars, ranging in age from nine to seventeen. Before the event, our audience enjoyed welcome drinks and a delicious platter of food from our wonderful catering team. At 7pm, the concert began, and they were treated to a range of outstanding performances. This included some heart-warming musical theatre songs, and a surprise quartet from our youngest scholars.
We are so proud of these students for their hard work and dedication towards music. They performed to such a high standard this year, and we are excited to watch their skills continue to grow and flourish as our dedicated music scholars.
We would like to say thank you to our Head of Music David Black for organising the event, Mrs Hickey for support, as well as our instrumental and singing teachers for their excellent tuition.
