Pupils’ LEGO Design to Be Featured in National “Newspaper of the Future”
We are delighted to share that two of our pupils, Lucy P and Sofia M (Year 9), have been shortlisted in the national Build for Belonging competition – and their creative LEGO design, The Triangle, will soon be featured in a very special publication celebrating young people’s ideas for a more inclusive world.
Their design has been selected to appear in the “Newspaper of the Future”, an adapted edition of News Detectives that transforms pupils’ visions into real news stories. The publication will showcase inspiring ideas from schools across England, brought to life with photos, drawings, and pupils’ own words.
The team behind the project contacted the school to confirm that The Triangle will be included! They have also invited Lucy and Sofia to share a short comment about what inspired their thoughtful, imaginative design – a chance for their voices to shine even more brightly.
