Our facilities are open to hire in school holiday periods only, between 7.00am-8.00pm.* Please check our term dates to see if our space might be available.

Croft II Hall (18m x 15m)

Seating capacity:

Large hall with a glazed entrance foyer and small kitchen. Ideal for dance and drama performances, receptions, seminars, clubs or charity events.

Weddings:

Croft II Hall is a great setting for wedding receptions. The hall can seat 150 people comfortably – chairs and trestle tables can be provided. The extensive grounds are ideal for photographs and for serving canapés on the lawns. A small kitchen is available with domestic sized appliances. With ample parking and its close proximity to the railway station it is easily accessible for guests.

Gymnasium (21m x 12m)

Can be used as badminton court, basketball court, netball court and indoor football pitch.

Floodlit* court

Outdoor tennis/netball court.

*Please note floodlight restrictions:

Double courts 6.30 -8pm Mon-Fri during term time and can be floodlit

Double courts 8.00am – 8pm holiday time

Double court- Weekends use from 9-6 on sat and 10-6pm on Sun

Single court all days 6.30pm – 8pm including being floodlit during term time

Single court weekends and holiday periods 8am- 8pm and can be floodlit.

Oaks Hall (15.6m x 11.9m)

Prep school hall ideal for smaller events, fitness and dance classes.

SF5, Cedar Lodge (18m x 8m, plus extra L-shaped area)

Suitable for conferences or seminars and dance classes.

Summer Residential Hire

Our boarding house and site facilities are available for residential hire over the summer from Monday 6 July-Friday 21 August. We have room for 50 residents (including teachers), in house catering provided in our dining hall and access to the schools’ sporting and teaching facilities.

Terms and conditions

All spaces are hired on a dry hire basis.

For use of the tech desk in Croft II, we require you to visit the school before your hire period to have a run through of how to use the desk. A tech deposit will also be taken prior to your event.

Strictly no parties

For clubs/groups involving children, we require a copy of your DBS certificates and safeguarding policies.
