We are looking to appoint a Houseparent with additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities within our boarding structure to join our team in a full time (in term time), permanent residential role.
To be successful in this role, you will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina, good attention to detail, with a full understanding of the social and personal needs of today’s teenagers. It is essential that you are willing to play a full part in the life of the whole School, including our extensive co-curricular programme.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a thriving boarding community in a high performing girls’ school. We have a supportive, friendly working environment with excellent direction from the Senior Leadership Team.
