Burgess Hill Girls is a leading independent boarding and day school, is looking for an UK & International Admissions Officer to join our dynamic team for a fixed-term maternity cover.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in welcoming families from the UK and around the world. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective parents, guiding them through the admissions journey and showcasing everything that makes our school exceptional.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver a warm, personalised admissions experience from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Build strong relationships with families, agents, and feeder schools.
  • Coordinate engaging events such as Open Mornings and international recruitment visits.
  • Manage admissions processes and ensure compliance for overseas students.
  • Line manager of the Admissions Assistant.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service (education sector experience desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, professional approach with attention to detail.
