School Fees for Academic Year 2025/26
We understand the introduction of 20% on school fees from January 2025 presents a significant financial adjustment for many families. As a school, we are committed to absorbing as much of the impact as possible and not passing on the full extent of inflationary cost increases.
We can confirm the overall fee adjustment for September 2025 will be 7.5%, passing on an additional 5% VAT and a 2.5% cost of living adjustment.
The school will absorb the remaining 5% VAT and inflationary rises from cost efficiency measures.
Furthermore, we can confirm that the 2026/27 fee increase will be aligned with the rate of inflation only.
Please note that the fees for the 2025/2026 academic year are calculated on a termly basis and are inclusive of meals, the wrap around care we offer until 6pm as well as the many opportunities afforded to our students.

Fees are inclusive of lunch and normal academic costs such as stationery, scientific and art materials and the loan of text books in Years 7-11. In Years 10 and 11, pupils are encouraged to purchase some English course texts. Fees in the Sixth Form do not include textbooks.

Pre and After School Care
Pre and after school care is available in the Pre-Prep and Prep School from 8.00am until 6.00pm. There is no charge for this facility.
Registration Fee
The £180 registration fee for the main school or £90 registration fee for Nursery can be paid directly into the school’s bank account or by credit card. Both registration fees are inclusive of VAT.
Payment of fees
All school fees must be paid on or before the first day of term, unless you have arranged to pay by direct debit over 9 months.
All fees due for payment must be in pounds sterling. Parents wishing to spread the payment of fees should contact our Sales Ledger Administrator on finance@burgesshillgirls.com for further details.
