On Sunday 5th March, Katie F, Eleanor R & Alice R from Burgess Hill Girls Sixth Form represented the school at an NSEA inter schools dressage competition at Oldencraig in Surrey.
Despite appalling weather and recent sporting injuries of two of the girls, & Katie’s horse, the 3 girls rode lovely dressage tests.
The team was placed 4th which was a good result considering the tough competition and challenging weather conditions. Warming up in a hail storm was particularly unpleasant!
Thank you to the girls for turning themselves and their horses out so well and for continuing to smile throughout the day.
