Resident Boarding Assistant

Required as soon as possible

This is an exciting opportunity to join our School boarding community in a full time, permanent residential role.

The successful candidate will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina, good attention to detail, with a full understanding of the social and personal needs of today’s teenagers.  It is essential that the successful candidate is willing to play a full part in the life of the whole School, including our extensive co-curricular programme.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a thriving boarding community in a high performing girl’s school.  This role may be suitable for a graduate or for someone looking to develop a career in boarding and assist in the day to day running of a boarding house and the wider school setting.  We are committed to enable the individual to thrive in the school community and professionally develop in a supportive, friendly environment with excellent direction from the Senior Leadership Team.

The role reports to the Heads of House and will be expected to work closely with the Pastoral and House teams.

Lead Practitioner

required from March/April 2022, £24,930 p.a. full time position, 35 hrs per week.

We currently have an opportunity for an inspiring, experienced and highly motivated individual to join our ‘Outstanding’ School Nursery as one of our 3 Lead Practitioners. You will work as part of our excellent Nursery Team and with parents/carers to provide a stimulating, creative and safe environment for the children and promote the learning and development of each child. Our Lead Practitioners work for 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday on either an early or a late shift between the hours of 8:00am and 6.00pm.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have an excellent working knowledge of the current EYFS along with a minimum, full and relevant Level 3 qualification. You will also have a good record of accomplishment and experience of working with 3-4 year olds, be able to deliver a high standard of care and demonstrate your ability to ensure each child accesses exciting opportunities, which support their progress within the EYFS. You will effectively lead, inspire potential and engage the team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will be able to demonstrate the skills and motivation required to ensure the school facilities are fully utilised to enhance the children’s’ learning experiences.

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED

Required asap

We are looking for individuals to join our housekeeping team to carry out cleaning duties. The roles will involve cleaning a designated part of the School site, working as part of a dedicated team. Our requirements are morning and evenings during School term time however there are also occasional shifts available at the weekend. We will also consider candidates who can work on an all year around contract.

Previous experience is not essential as we will provide full training, however we are looking for individuals who are good team workers, who are flexible with excellent attention to detail and who can work on their own initiative.
