Hilary has lived locally for over 50 years, 48 of those in Burgess Hill.
She joined the Board of Governors in 2018 after retiring in 2016 from a career in finance, working in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean, all of which gave her an understanding of cultural differences and global issues. As a Governor, her main area of expertise is in HR and Operations.
She greatly enjoys seeing the school grow and the pupils fulfil their true potential in their chosen academic and personal lives.
