Rachel has spent her career working within industry in senior Learning & Development roles in global engineering and consultancy organisations, currently Chief Learning Officer for one of the UK largest Apprenticeship providers, she is keen to bring her knowledge of apprenticeships to the school.
She joined the Governors in 2016 to bring the view of the skills required for students to prosper in today’s competitive world of business.
Her passion for Burgess Hill Girls came from watching her daughter thrive through her time at the school and enjoys supporting all the year groups, specifically the Sixth Form students as they navigate their way to further education routes.
