We have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring, experienced and highly motivated individual to join our ‘Outstanding’ School Nursery as one of our 3 Lead Practitioners from January 2024. You will work as part of our excellent Nursery Team and with parents/carers to provide a stimulating, creative and safe environment for the children and promote the learning and development of each child. Our Lead Practitioners work for 7 hours a day, Monday to Friday on either an early or a late shift between the hours of 8:00am and 6.00pm.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have an excellent working knowledge of the current EYFS along with a minimum, full and relevant Level 3 qualification. You will also have a good record of accomplishment and experience of working with our youngest age range of 2.5-3.5 year olds, be able to deliver a high standard of care and demonstrate your ability to ensure each child accesses exciting opportunities, which support their progress within the EYFS. Our 3 Lead Practitioners work closely with the Nursery Manager and effectively lead, inspire potential and engage the team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will be able to demonstrate the skills and motivation required to ensure the school facilities are fully utilised to enhance the children’s’ learning experiences.
