Looking for a flexible part-time finance role where accuracy and impact go hand in hand?

We’re seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our finance team on a part-time basis (22–28 hours per week over 4–5 days). With flexibility in working hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm, this role is ideal for someone who values work-life balance while staying professionally engaged.

You’ll be responsible for managing the school’s purchase ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier and staff payments, supporting cash flow management, and contributing to process improvements. The role also includes reconciling accounts, administering school credit card transactions, and assisting with VAT and expenditure reporting.

This is a year-round role, but we’re open to considering a term-time plus four weeks arrangement. You’ll also benefit from 28 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays (pro rata).

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, experience in financial administration, and a collaborative, proactive approach. You’ll play a key role in a supportive team, contributing to the smooth financial running of a school that empowers young women to achieve their full potential.
