We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and well qualified teacher of PE to teach a broad and challenging curriculum to Years 7 to 13 on a 1 year fixed term contract. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to coach to a high standard in hockey and athletics. They will have a passion for sport and be able to lead school teams to county or regional level. The ability or capacity to deliver academic PE lessons to GCSE and A Level standard would be an advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inspirational team at a school that prides itself on its sporting activities. We have an extensive co-curricular programme and there is an expectation that all members of the team will commit to this. This role would suit an Early Careers Teacher or someone with more experience looking to develop their career in a flourishing department.
