PE Teacher (full time role)

Required for January or April 2018

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and well qualified teacher to teach all aspects of the PE curriculum, across the age range 11-18. The sucessful candidate should have a proven playing background and be able to demonstrate the ability to coach to a high standard in both Hockey and Netball. The candidate would be expected to contribute towards the teaching of GCSE or A Level PE as well as a small amount of Yr3-6 PE. In order to be successful you should have a passion for sport and be able to lead School Teams to County or Regional level. You should also be flexible, adaptable, have good organisational skills, be a strong team player and be confident in the use of ICT.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to work in an inspirational team at a School that prides itself on its sporting activities. We have an extensive extra-curricular programme and there is an expectation that all members of the team will commit to this.

The role would suit either a recently qualified graduate (full NQT induction is available), or a more experienced teacher looking to develop his/her career in a flourishing department.

Data Manager – full time position

Required asap

We currently have an opportunity for a Data Manager to develop the use of our School’s Management Information System (iSAMS) by ensuring the data is current and accurate and that it meets the needs of the School.

The ideal candidate will have worked with database systems before, have accurate data input skills and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook. She/he will also have the ability to drive change forward coupled with the ability to work productively with colleagues. Prior experience of Microsoft SQL report writing would be beneficial but is not essential.

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 8.00am–5.00pm

Chemistry Teacher (full time or part time timetable)

2-3 term Maternity cover contract from January 2018

We are looking for a well-qualified and dynamic Chemistry teacher to join our successful Chemistry department on either a part-time or full timetable for a 2-3 term maternity cover contract. The ability to teach Chemistry to A Level is essential. The role of Head of Department is also available for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

The successful candidate will work with the department to promote a love of Science both inside and outside the classroom.   A willingness to contribute to the extra-curricular activities of the School will also be required.

Teaching Application form

CLEANERS REQUIRED FOR EARLY MORNING OR BANK SHIFTS

Morning 5am – 8am or 6am-8am

Occasional weekend shifts available to cover external hires

 

We are looking for morning Cleaners to join our housekeeping team in a morning shift Monday to Friday.

The roles will involve cleaning a designated part of the School site, working as part of a dedicated team.

Previous experience is not essential as we will provide full training, however we are looking for individuals who are good team workers, who are flexible with excellent attention to detail and who can work on their own initiative.
