In the Nursery, our practitioners take the time to observe, listen and understand what makes your child the person they are. Your child’s early school experience should celebrate their uniqueness.

Our dedicated team will strive to identify your child’s strengths, interests, preferences and development pathways so that we can respond appropriately with experiences that are meaningful and tailored to the individual. Through an on-going process of reflection and self-evaluation we endeavour to provide an outstanding level of education.

Mrs Suzanne Roberts

Position: Nursery Manager

Qualifications: BA (HONS) PGCE

Suzanne Roberts joined Burgess Hill Girls in 2016 after relocating from London where she worked across a variety of settings, including a social enterprise, local authority family and children’s centres and PVI Early Years settings, all at management level. She has dedicated her whole career to supporting families and their children so they can experience the best possible start in life.

Suzanne’s move to Sussex has been liberating in more ways than one, swapping daily gym workouts for hikes and camping adventures with her family and dog ‘Ziggy’ who pops into the Nursery now and then to enjoy a cuddle with the staff and children.
