Burgess Hill Girls Nursery are seeking a motivated and passionate Qualified Early Years Practitioner to inspire children in our creative, caring, collaborative and co-ed Nursery environment for Girls and Boys aged 2.5 to 4.5 years.

Our Nursery practice follows and extends the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sparking a sense of wonder and curiosity of the world for all our children, giving them the confidence to take risks in an environment where they feel respected and secure. We look to achieve balance in our practice, giving children structure and security whilst following their individual interests, doing so through a mixture of adult-led and child-initiated learning experiences. Our Nursery Practitioners work an 8-hour day, which includes a one-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday on either an early or a late shift between the hours of 8:00am and 6.00pm, usually 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm.
