Against a very strong field, the Senior team comprising Florence M (Chairperson), Eleanor R (Speaker) and Elizabeth G (Vote of Thanks) were victorious; beating teams from across Sussex, including Worth School and Shoreham College. Additionally, Eleanor R won the individual prize for best speaker for her speech entitled ‘George’s Marvellous Measles’. The team progress to the District Final on Saturday 12th March at St Teresa’s School, Effingham.
The Intermediate team, having won the first round last November, narrowly missed out on a place at the District Final; However, Mia A was awarded the prize for the best Vote of Thanks. Well done to her and her team mates, Sofia C and Lottie H.
